Refund Policy



Device Savers, LLC. and/or its affiliates ("Device Savers") provides refunds pursuant to the terms of this policy for products purchased under its "Device Savers", "DeviceSavers.com", and "DeviceSavers" brands (collectively, the "Brands").

Limited items and devices purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged by mail in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip within 15 days.

Items purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged at any DeviceSavers retail store for a full refund within 15 days (Returns may not be accepted at Secondary Authorized Retail locations).

  • Merchandise credit, at the current selling price of the product, will be issued for returns made.
  • Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.


Items that are not purchased using a credit card or gift card may not be returned to a retail store. Items that were purchased using PayPal must be returned via mail.

For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number; name and address or they will not be accepted.

  • Shipping & Handling fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.


Please Note:  You are responsible for confirming the compatibility of our items with your equipment or service provider before purchasing. If it’s an unlocked phone is not guaranteed to have full functionality of all features (i.e. internet), but is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messaging. You may need to contact your service provider for initial set up and provisioning settings. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues.
We accept PayPal payments from your Confirmed Address in PayPal at the time of purchase.
All orders (even expedited shipping) are usually processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) of your cleared payment, but please allow up to 5 business days in case of unexpected delays. We use USPS Priority Shipping with Signature Confirmation. NO delivers Saturdays. For example, if you purchase Thursday, your item will ship Friday and you will receive it Monday-Tuesday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, & Major Holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking information via email that will enable you to follow your purchase through the USPS website. No international buyers.


Notice for items D.O.A: You have 3 days upon receipt to check your purchase and make sure the item is as described in the auction and is in good condition. Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead On Arrival), not as described, or defective, ONLY if we are notified within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in its original condition, unused, in the packaging with all accessories included. Given these conditions, damaged items will not be accepted back. Device will be inspected before issuing a replacement. Before returning any item, you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form online and an RMA number will be given to you once the form is submitted.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND INDEMNIFICATION The Device is a refurbished, repaired or used electronic device sold at a discount from comparable new retail devices; or, may be a new product distributed on behalf of a third party who provides a direct manufacturer warranty or undertakes manufacturer liability and for whom Seller does not extend or increase the manufacturer’s warranty; and, has not made any independent investigation of manufacturer claims or representations regarding the product. The Device is being sold as-is, where-is and Seller makes absolutely no warranties, express or implied, as to the Device. This disclaimer of warranties shall including, but not be limited to, a disclaimer of any warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the condition of the Device, the useable life of the Device; merchantability; or, the fitness of the Device for any particular purpose. By accepting the Device and Bill of Sale and tendering the Purchase Price to Seller, Buyer agrees that Buyer has inspected the Device prior to sale, the Device is in working order; and, Buyer has made an independent investigation as to the use, life span, safety and other relevant features and aspects of the Device. Seller shall not be responsible for any loss of property, injury or damages caused by use of the Device unless caused by the willful misconduct of Seller. However, Seller does permit the Buyer to exchange a Device presented in an un-open box or as sold within 7 days from the close of business on the Date of Sale for a Device of another color subject to availability of the product. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller from any injury, damages, cause of action or liability, whatsoever, (including attorney’s fees and costs to defend) to any third party resulting from the use of the Device by Buyer. Buyer further acknowledges that salespersons and employees of Seller do not have authority to waive the written disclaimer; and, therefore, Buyer has not relied upon any representation or orally expressed warranty of any employee of Seller.
